I keep a personal journal on Live Journal.  Despite what I just called it, I don't post my "personal" inner most feelings there, and rarely do I ever import the drama/politics of life onto the site, but I do use it to list "what's happening" with me in a more professional sense.  If drama or politics worm their way onto that site, you know it's purely professional.
